The Antique Telephones

There were 16 antique telephones, with the option to dial any other table, or dial 9 for the bar.

Each telephone was unique and antique, or sometimes semi-antique, or sometimes a old knock-off of an older antique, which would now be considered also an antique. Each telephone was modified to include an small amplifier and connect to a central computer which listened for the pulse-dialing mechanism and was able to connect you to the bar, if you dialed 9, or to any other table.

If you picked up any telephone, you would hear this.

Dial another table, you would hear this.

If the bar was busy on another call, you would hear this.

People could break in to a call!

How would you know which number to dial?
