The Long Shots take audience suggestions to play out hilarious on the spot comedy improv - scene after scene blowing you away with their quick, witty scenes, characters and convoluted plots.

The Long Shots have been performing and teaching improv in Cape Town since 2009.

I can highly commend the acting cast for successfully entertaining a diverse group of people, and sustaining their attention, and engagement. A brief introduction as to how improvisation "works" may have helped make the mental adjustments to the intended disruptions and disconnects, and re-connections. Everyone could recognize aspects of themselves in today`s real and imagined world of feelings supposedly representing truth. One could recognise deception and compassionate lying. Even the term "gas-lighting" where a person in high places may say "That`s not what I said" soon after having actually said it has a ring of South African reality. Well dione, and keep going, and being inventive.
