The Swing Collective is a 5-piece swing/pop band new on the Cape Town scene comprising of professional musicians all active in the music industry. The group plays swing classics, as well as pop tunes given an old-school swing twist: mixing together vintage and retro into a sound that is interesting and distinctive.

Most enjoyable evening ! Great vocals (Lana), great sax (Claire), and overall sounds ! I was expecting more older numbers, but great to hear the more modern songs done the swing way ! Well Done to the Swing Collective for a most enjoyable evening of great music !

Great show - pure entertainment and impressive arrangements!

The blend of pop and jazz made for an hour of smooth tunes that we could sing along to. The energy of the musicians was upbeat and they all looked stunning. Will definitely be going to see them again.
