The Game: Redemption
Audience Responses
Lots of laughs ... highly experimental in nature but the energy from the actors was consistent, highly respect what they do! great intimate venue too
It was a highly entertaining, very funny show. A great relief to laugh at something other than our politicians!
Some interesting themes but should not be advertised as a comedy unless the nudity is deemed as the comedic aspect which is unintelligent to say the least.
Loved it!
The Game: Redemption is a tragicomedy without pretence. Through the characters of Tatiana and Coach Frik, Brendan Murray and Milton Schorr had the audience in tears, as they shared their joys and sorrows. The intimate venue worked well to make the audience feel included in Frik and Tatiana’s conversation. You leave feeling light, but acutely aware of the importance of family and the potentially devastating effects of loneliness. Definitely worth seeing.
Absolutely fantastic. Well done. Non stop entertainment. Very funny and quite emotional at times. - well done.
Loved it completely! It was brutally funny and brave. What a wonderful night out. Thank you! xxx
hmmm I loved Shannyn's Tongue, and realise the actors take dangerously huge risks when they choose to play together spontaneously as in this style, and that some performances work brilliantly or not as a result. The show we saw last night had it's moments but ultimately was not as satisfying... sorry, hope that doesn't discourage fabulously brave work ... love you guys... and keep up the wonderful venue, ambience and treats you serve
I would have liked to see the stage done a bit better. But that is only me. The performances where very good and the use of the backstage with only the voices was done very well. On the whole I would recommend anyone to see it.
Compared to the previous time, ....lacking in humour and lacking subtlety
Very much was swept along with the mouvement of the play. Fascinating process. Very much enjoyed the theatrical adventure.
